Colored Qollective is expanding!

We are looking for:

# Specialized LGBTQIA+ service provider (8 hours per week)

What does the job entail?
We are seeking a new colleague to fill the position of specialized service provider effective August 1, 2024. As a specialized service provider within Colored Qollective, you will work to conduct one-on-one interviews with individuals from the LGBTQIA+ community of color in need of psychosocial support. Within this position, you will work closely with your fellow service provider, who will also guide you through the process.

# Safe(r) Space Coordinator

Lead and organize crucial community meetings every 6 weeks
Work with a dedicated volunteer team to plan, execute, and occasionally lead thematic sessions.

# Project Coordinator

Lead initiatives with CQ and Dutch organizations like Femmes for Freedom, Rutgers, and NJR, aiming to transform Dutch society by supporting youth in exploring and expressing their sexuality and gender, and challenging strict gender norms.
Guide the expansion of safe(r) spaces, developing guides/manuals and collaborating with external parties to extend our impactful format.
